3 Steps Night Skin Care With Cloves

Step 1: Clove Ice Cube (After Cleansing)

Why it works:
Clove ice cubes soothe inflammation, tighten pores, and reduce acne-causing bacteria. The cold helps increase blood circulation, while cloves deliver antibacterial benefits directly into your pores.

How to Make:

  • 1 cup water

  • 6–8 whole cloves

  • Ice tray

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water with cloves for 5–7 minutes.

  2. Let it cool and strain the liquid.

  3. Pour the infused water into an ice tray and freeze.

  4. Use one cube after cleansing your face at night.

How to Use:
Wrap one clove ice cube in a thin cotton cloth and gently rub it all over your cleansed face for 1–2 minutes. Let your skin absorb it naturally without wiping off the residue.

Step 2: Clove-Rice Water Toner

  • 2 tbsp uncooked rice

  • 6–8 whole cloves

  • 1 cup water

  • Spray bottle

Instructions:

  1. Soak rice and cloves in water for 6–8 hours or overnight.

  2. Strain the liquid and pour into a spray bottle.

  3. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

How to Use:
After applying the clove ice cube, spritz this toner generously on your face and let it air dry. You can also use a cotton pad to apply it gently.

Step 3: Clove Night Gel

Why it works:
This deeply hydrating and healing gel repairs skin overnight. Aloe vera calms and hydrates, honey locks in moisture, rose water tones and refreshes, and cloves fight acne and pigmentation.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp aloe vera gel (pure or store-bought)

  • 1 tsp rose water

  • ½ tsp raw honey

  • 4–5 clove-infused drops (make by steeping cloves in hot water and cooling)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small jar until smooth.

  2. Store in the fridge and use within 7 days.

How to Use:
