  • 1 cup (about 250 ml) of water

Instructions:

  2. Boil the water and add the cloves.
  3. Let it simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea and drink it warm — ideally first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
