Cucumber

Carrot

* 2 beets
* 1 carrot
* 6 prunes
* 1 lemon
* 400 ml of water

Instructions:

4. Strain the mixture.
5. Add the lemon juice.
6. Drink one glass every morning.

* A handful of dill
