How to Make This Natural Remedy

You’ll need:

  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 2 whole lemons (with peel)
  • A 4 cm piece of ginger root
  • 250 g of honey

Steps:

  1. Peel the garlic and soak it in water for a few minutes to make it easier to handle.
  2. Wash the lemons thoroughly. Soak them in water with a bit of baking soda to remove any pesticide residue, then slice them.
  3. Peel and slice the ginger.
  4. Blend the garlic, lemon, and ginger.

How to Use It
