Prince Harry’s latest peace offering to estranged dad King Charles and brother Prince William revealed

Prince Harry is reportedly taking a major step toward mending fractured ties with his family, offering what’s being described as a meaningful “olive branch” to King Charles III and Prince William.

According to a new report from the Daily Mail, Harry has agreed to share his official calendar with the royal household. This gesture is said to be aimed at avoiding any clashes between events planned by Harry and Meghan Markle, and those on the royal family’s agenda.

The move is being interpreted as a way to push back against ongoing speculation that the Sussexes attempt to upstage the Royal Family with their own public appearances.

Timing of the Decision

The timing of the offer is notable—it comes just days after Harry’s high-profile trip to Angola captured media attention, overshadowing the release of Queen Camilla’s 78th birthday portrait.

Now, insiders say this new level of transparency might lead to a direct meeting between Harry and his estranged father, with aides from both sides reportedly already holding early-stage discussions.

“Before that meeting between their aides in London, conflicts of interest or clashes of publicity were relished and even perhaps encouraged by the Sussexes,” one source told the outlet. “Now, Harry has shifted into a new way of thinking. The tone is now all about ‘deconflicting’ with his family.”

The insider also revealed that Harry’s team has offered to compile a “grid” of his upcoming appearances and share it with Buckingham Palace, which would then also be communicated to Kensington Palace—keeping William and Kate in the loop.

Maintaining Independence While Opening Communication

“Harry still doesn’t like being controlled by the Royal machinery, and that won’t change,” the source added. “However, if the Royal Family have full sight of his movements they can at least plan accordingly.”

The insider described the gesture as “significant” and potentially a meaningful step toward rebuilding family ties.

Page Six has reached out to Harry’s spokesperson for comment.

Harry, now 40, has been distant from both his father, 76, and older brother, 43, since he and Meghan stepped back from royal duties in 2020. The couple now resides in Montecito, California, with their two children: Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4.

In the years since their departure from royal life, Harry has publicly criticized the family in interviews and in his best-selling memoir Spare.

Yet more recently, he has signaled a willingness to repair the relationship and is even said to have invited both his father and brother to the 2027 Invictus Games.

While Harry is attempting to reopen lines of communication, Meghan has continued to expand her business ventures. Her lifestyle brand, As Ever, which has drawn comparisons to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, is reportedly her primary focus.
