The Ancient Russian Remedy to Detoxify Your Liver: The Secret of Raisins

How to Prepare the Raisin Liver Cleanse

1. Prepare the raisins
– Take half a cup of high-quality raisins and cover them with hot water.
– Let them soak for about 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water.

2. Make the infusion
– Boil some water and let it cool to room temperature.
– Place the rinsed raisins into a container and pour the cooled boiled water over them.
– Cover and let this soak overnight (at least 12–24 hours).

3. Use the next morning
– On an empty stomach, eat the soaked raisins and drink the raisin water.
– Then lie down for 1.5 to 2 hours with a warm compress or hot water bottle placed over the right side of your abdomen (where the liver is located).

How Often Should You Do This?

For best results, try this once a week for four consecutive weeks. Some people prefer to do it for just two days and notice improvement, but a longer cycle may be more effective. This practice can be repeated every six months as a gentle seasonal reset.
